Hosta 'Blue Hawaii'

Plantain Lily

Giant plants have an upright, vase-shaped habit. Intense powder blue, heart-shaped leaves are slightly cupped with good substance. Plants in shade maintain color throughout season. White blooms in July.

Prefers shade and moist, well-drained soil. Hosta will grow in ordinary garden soil and withstand drought, but they are most beautiful when provided with ample moisture and organic matter. Can tolerate clay soil.
