Luscious red-orange, 5" blooms that have small yellow to chartreuse centers are very pretty with ruffled petals and recurved tepals. Lightly fragrant. Very Early. Rebloomer.

Tolerant of coastal conditions and clay soil.  Remove dead/yellow leaves and spent bloom stalks to keep plants tidy and to encourage additional blooms.  Remove all dead foliage in late fall. Divide every 3 years.
