Prairie Dropseed

A shorter, more upright form of the native Prairie Dropseed. Fragrant, pinkish brown blooms in late summer. Good orange-red fall color.

Does well in full sun with well draining soil. Great for naturalizing informal areas and useful as groundcover. Flowers are attractive to songbirds and typically spreads out wherever it takes root.
