A small hosta with fantastic color: green margins, creamy centers, burgundy petioles, and burgundy stems of purple flowers in midsummer. Lovely in a container where it can truly be appreciated. A little tricky to grow.
Prefers moist, well-drained soil and partial to full shade. Hosta will grow in ordinary garden soil and withstand drought, but they are most beautiful when provided with ample moisture and organic matter. Can tolerate clay soil.
