This cute evergreen variety has loads of tiny light pink blooms that dangle above 5” tall foliage in early spring. The reflexed petals are soft pink and the cups are bronzed pink. The second flush of spiny-toothed leaves on wiry stems reaches 12” tall. New Leaves emerge red-tinged and mature to green. Winter foliage is coral and copper. This is a cross of E. leptorrhizum and E. pubescens.
Epimedium prefer partial to full shade and cool, moist soil, but are very tolerant of dry shade once established.
