Numerous spires of mauve pink flowers lighten to white as they age top pretty green, upright vase-shaped plants in late spring, creating two-tone bouquets of blooms in the garden. Pea-like flowers are followed by attractive grey-black seed pods. Plants prefer full sun and average, well-drained soil.
