Dense flower heads that come in a range of colors. Very dwarf selection. An old-fashioned cottage garden flower. Biennial but will self sow. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.
Prefers full sun and soils that are well-drained, particularly in winter. Tolerant of drought and coastal conditions. Deer resistant.
