Yucca filamentosa Variegata

Adam's Needle

Dramatic architectural plants have spear-shaped leaves of silvery green edged in white. Very attractive on their own, even prettier when topped by 6' stalks of creamy white flowers in summer. Mature plants usually bloom once a year, although cutting off spent stalks may encourage a second bloom. Great for containers and drier areas. A hummingbird favorite. (We formerly listed this as Yucca 'Ivory Tower' based on our plant source, but have since realized that this is indeed 'Variegata'.)
