Yucca filamentosa 'Bright Edge'
Compact plants for smaller areas have flower stalks up to 36". The spear-shaped leaves are blue-green with narrow, cream to yellow edges. Plants are drought tolerant and usually long-lived. Mature plants usually bloom once a year, although cutting off spent stalks may encourage a second bloom.
Prefers full sun and drier, well-drained, lean soil. Avoid wet soils and heavy fertilization.
