Salvia greggii 'Flame'

Texas Autumn Sage

Brilliant red blossoms over dark green, scented foliage on semi-woody plants. Nearly everblooming. Shorter than 'Lipstick' or 'Marachino'.

Prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil but is drought tolerant once established. Do not cut back in fall. Semi woody stems may be trimmed back hard once new growth appears in spring. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. Deer resistant.
