Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus'
Very fine textured foliage with attractive bronze red flowers that turn to silver. Graceful, upright, arching habit. Long blooming and deer resistant.
Prefers full sun and moist to wet, well-drained soil. Tolerant of clay soil. Drought tolerant once established. A warm season grass, it thrives in heat and humidity. Cut to within 4" or 5" of the ground in February before new growth begins.
