Hosta 'So Sweet'

Plantain Lily

Compact plants have glossy dark green leaves edged in gold. The Margins fade to white by late summer. Fragrant lavender white blooms in August. Fast grower!  It can take a bit of morning sun. Hosta of the Year 1996. Very fragrant, near white flowers in August. Award winner.

Prefers bright shade and humus-rich, moist, well-drained soil, but will tolerate average to dry soils and full shade.
