Hibiscus moscheutos

Hardy Hibiscus

Lovely soft pink to white blooms, many with deep pink centers, are 4"-5" across. This long-blooming east coast native is great for wet locations and water side, but will tolerate dry spells. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.

Prefers sun to light shade and moist, acidic soils. Although it is happiest in wet soils, it will tolerate ordinary garden soil. Tolerant of clay soil.
