Semi-double maroon red flowers with sparkling yellow stamens. A prolific bloomer. Early. Attractive to butterflies.
Blooms best in full sun or with a little afternoon shade. Prefers a deep, well-drained, fertile, slightly alkaline soil. Remove old foliage in fall to prevent disease. Plant with crown no more than 1" below soil surface.
