We will be happy to pull orders and have them ready for you to pick up. Please give us 2 days prior notice during the busy season. To receive wholesale prices, we request that plants be ordered in minimums of 5 plants per variety. If you wish to purchase fewer than five plants per variety, you are encouraged to make your own selections and we will help you load your plants. Orders that are pulled for pick up must be received by the customer within 5 working days, or a 20% restocking charge will apply.

DELIVERY (WHOLESALE ONLY)

We deliver on our own trucks and delivery routes are set up each week as orders are processed. To ensure that your order will be delivered on time, please fax or e-mail early. If we receive your order on Monday, you are almost assured delivery that week. Plants are sold on a first come first served basis.

Weekly deliveries are made to Northern Virginia, Maryland, Richmond, the Northern Neck and Virginia Beach during the season. Deliveries to Charlottesville and North Carolina are usually made semi-monthly. Delivery charges are:

We reserve the right to apply drop charges to deliveries not meeting the minimum. Customers must provide assistance to our drivers in unloading trucks. There is a minimum surcharge of $50 for our drivers to unload your plants unassisted. Plants returned without good cause are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We do not ship plants for Retail Customers and we do not ship boxed plants.
