We sell wholesale to "The Trade" only. We cannot extend wholesale prices to your customers or to your family members unless you are with them, make the purchases yourself, and pay with a company check, credit card or on pre-approved account. No exceptions please. Prices are subject to change.

ORDERING

We have an "800" fax number and an e-mail address for your convenience. These are the most efficient ways to get your order into our systems 24 hours a day. We compile a plant availability list at the end of each week, and it is usually faxed to our customers by Sunday. "The Availability" is a listing of plants that are ready for display in a retail garden center environment. Please send us your fax number and/or e-mail address so that we can send you our weekly listing of plants and specials. Please give us 48 hours prior notice during the busy season to pull your order for pickup or delivery. The earlier you place your order, the higher the likelihood you will receive everything requested. We also have plants that are suitable for landscape use or that are available in smaller numbers and are not listed on "TheAvailability". Feel free to contact us if you have a special plant request.

To receive wholesale prices, we request that plants be ordered in minimums of 5 plants per variety. If you wish to purchase fewer than five plants per variety, you are encouraged to make your own selections, and we will help you load your plants. Orders pulled of less than 5 plants per variety will be subject to a surcharge of $20 per man-hour it takes us to pull the order.

TERMS

Terms are C.O.D. unless approved credit is established. Approved accounts are 2% 1 Net 30 Days. We offer a 2% discount for payment in full upon receipt of plant material. Accounts over 30 days are considered past due and are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge (24% annually). All payments are applied first to finance charges, with the balance applied to the invoice amount. Open account status is reviewed monthly and may be moved to C.O.D. on any account over 60 days. There is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted, but the 2% COD discount will not apply due to transaction fees.

If we do not have your tax-exempt form on file, we must charge the Virginia 5.0% sales tax. We have been audited and plan to strictly enforce this policy.

PRE-PRICING

For an additional $0.15 per pot, we can pre-price your orders to save you time and frustration. Information on the sticker includes Sandy's Plants’ barcode, your company name, your retail price, plant name, and pot size. Additionally, it will include “Grown by: Sandy’s Plants, Inc. Mechanicsville, VA 23111” and the pot volume. Due to the time involved in tagging these plants, we require that all orders be placed by Monday at 4:30 p.m. for shipment that week. We are also offering 5" x 7" point of purchase signs with color photos and detailed cultural information for plants you purchase. Please contact us to inquire about pricing and to find out which varieties we have signs available for.
