Clematis 'Belle of Woking'

Clematis

Large double, sometimes semi-double, silvery-blue flowers fade to a pale, silvery lavender, with creamy centers. Blooms early summer and single blooms late summer. This heirloom variety is often slow to establish, but worth the wait. Group 2.

This clematis prefers a partial shade location with well-drained, alkaline soil where its roots are kept cool by shade or mulch. Can be grown under black walnut trees.
