Clematis 'John Warren'

Clematis

Large blooms are soft lavender pink with darker pink bars and red stamens. Very pretty!  A little afternoon shade will help it maintain its color. Pruning group 2.

Best in full sun to light shade with moist, well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil.  Roots prefer to be shaded or mulched to stay cool in heat of summer. Can be grown near black walnut treees.
