Very long stems of deep, blue-violet blooms rise high on upright, vase-shaped plants. A double bloom cycle starts with 24" terminal spikes, and is followed by secondary 5" side spikes. Plant patented.

Prefers full sun and average to dry sites. Easily grown in low fertility soil, including clay.
