Hosta 'Barbara Ann'

Plantain Lily

Thick, corrugated, blue-green leaves have broad creamy margins that lighten to white as the season progresses. The heart-shaped leaves may cup up slightly. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.

Hostas will grow in ordinary garden soil and withstand drought, but they are most beautiful when provided with ample moisture and organic matter. Can tolerate clay soil.
