Hosta 'Loyalist'

Plantain Lily

Clear white foliage is outlined by a dark green edge. Sport of 'Patriot'. Holds color well in the heat of summer. Lavender flowers. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. Can be grown under black walnut trees.

Hostas will grow in ordinary garden soil and withstand drought, but they are most beautiful when provided with ample moisture and organic matter. Can tolerate clay soil.
