Caryopteris x clandonensis 'Grand Bleu'

Bluebeard

Leathery, blue-green foliage has a lovely sheen. Upright, but compact plants produce deep blue blooms in late summer and early fall. Responds well to heavy pruning in the spring. Blooms on new wood. Deer resistant. Attractive to butterflies and hummers. Plant patented.

Prefers full sun to light shade and average to moist, well-drained soil. Very drought tolerant once established.
